No touchdowns from the goal-line area is the problem. Zero of Baltimore's 52 red-zone carries and targets in his games this season, and zero of the 33 inside the ten. Behind Derrick Henry, those touches are not coming, and with no touchdowns on the year that has cost him the only thing that turns 5.0 points a game into something you start.

The receiving work keeps him on rosters. Seven catches on 10 targets through five weeks, and last year his 10.8% target share was RB16 among 158 qualifying backs even while his snap share sat at 37.1%. That receiving profile has gone up about 1.3 points a game the next season for backs in his spot, and it is most of why our preseason pace for him was 4.3 points a game, a step above the roughly 50.75-point seasons backs drafted around pick 160 have put up. Our full-season number for him is 56 points.
The other flag is the shape of last season. His snap share fell from 49% in weeks 1 to 4 of 2025 to 26% in weeks 8 to 12, so the early-season role can shrink. He missed weeks 11 and 13 to 18 of 2025 with a neck issue, and 13 games is what we expected this year. The 9.8 he put up in week 5 of 2026 is nice, but every week of 2026 before it landed under 5. We would bench him in standard leagues and only hold if you need a PPR plug-in.
