Our read
Written Oct 17, from his facts through last season
The IR list decides everything right now: he has sat on it since before week 5 of 2026, he plays no game while he is on it, and your board ranks him below every available running back. Before that he gave you four games of workmanlike nothing, 3.1 points a game with 15 carries and no touchdowns. Week 5 of 2026 is the week he missed, the only one so far.
The role is a change-of-pace seat behind a healthy depth chart, listed second with Kaleb Johnson behind him and Josh Jacobs in front. Green Bay has thrown him a sliver of scoring work, 14% of the team's red-zone carries and targets in his games and 16% inside the ten, but 25 touches through four games is not a profile you can start. Last season he cleared 15 points in 0 of his 17 weeks, so the weekly ceiling is basically a guess. His 2025 snap share was 19.3%, RB89 among 158 qualifying running backs, and Jakobie Keeney-James and Christian Watson took 20% and 19% of the GB targets that year, 39% between them. He went into the season with no ADP, so there is no pick history to lean on either way.
We had 46 points for the full season before it began, a 3.3 points-a-game pace across 14 expected games, and he is tracking that line almost exactly. The problem is the line was never worth a roster spot in the first place, and now it comes with a week of missed football attached. Unless Josh Jacobs goes down, there is no path here. If your bench has a live body instead, let him go and stash the spot there.
