Our read

Written Oct 17, from his facts through last season

We expected about 1 game from him before the season, and he has not played weeks 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 of 2026. There has been no injury designation since before week 1 of 2026 either, which means he is simply buried, and with no headlines to suggest that changes, the games expectation looks generous now rather than cautious.

 1.1projected PPR points

Our projection of 1.1 points for the season says the rest. He is a 24-year-old undrafted rookie out of the 2026 class on a New Orleans depth chart where Chris Olave and Juwan Johnson combined for 47% of the 2025 targets, and Kellen Moore's staff is back with Doug Nussmeier calling the same passing game that threw on 55% of situation-neutral plays last year. None of that leaves a runway for a practice-squad receiver to matter. Our board has him at WR203, overall rank 486, and the tier under him runs out with a 0.1-point drop to the next name, which is as thin as this gets.

The schedule gives him nothing soft to break into either. That offense won 6 games in 2025 and crawled along at 30.6 seconds a play, and even if a spot somehow opened, the late run at TB in week 15 of 2026, against ARI in week 16 of 2026 and at ATL in week 17 of 2026 is no place to trust a first-year wideout. Ten of his 17 games are indoors, a small mercy that changes nothing for a man who has yet to dress.

Nothing here asks for patience. He has a bye in week 8 of 2026, no role, and no sign that one is coming. Cut him loose and keep the spot warm for a receiver who can actually see the field.
