Our read
Written Oct 17, from his facts through last season
Rucker has been on IR since before week 3 of 2026, and he missed weeks 1 and 2 before that too, so all five weeks played this season have gone by without him. The list is season-long, which means no game until he is back on a roster, and our board ranks him under every available WR while he sits there.
Even if he returns, the situation gives him almost nothing. He is listed 8th among LV wideouts, behind Tre Tucker, Jalen Nailor, Jack Bech and Malik Benson, and he arrived undrafted in a 2026 class that gave him no pick and no ADP. The offense he joined is new under Klint Kubiak and Andrew Janocko and won 3 games in 2025, with Brock Bowers and Tucker eating 42% of the targets between them that year. That 2025 attack also ran at 33.8 seconds a play with passes on 58% of situation-neutral plays, and none of it was built around a depth piece like him. He turned 24.3 on opening day, so this is not a long-developing prospect we are being asked to wait on. His bye still sits ahead in week 13 of 2026, so even the week he is eligible again may not bring a game right away. There is no recent news to suggest a turn is coming.
Our preseason number was 1 point for the whole year, which works out to 1.0 points a game on the single game we expected, and five weeks have already made even that look generous. Injuries are what pull the low end of his range to zero, and the season is trending exactly that way. Hold no spot for him here, and if he shows up on your wire, leave him there for a receiver who can dress.
