Our read
Written Oct 17, from his facts through last season
Five targets in five games is what decides Hibner, and it is not close. He has played every week through week 5 of 2026, so this is not an availability question. The Ravens just do not send him the ball yet, and a rookie third tight end rarely forces that to change.
The path is blocked in front of him. Mark Andrews is first and Durham Smythe second on the latest depth chart, and Hibner is listed third, ahead of only Josh Cuevas. New play caller Declan Doyle and first-year head coach Jesse Minter have had five weeks to tinker and nothing has moved for him. When Flowers and Andrews combined for 46% of the targets in 2025, the scraps behind them were always going to be tiny.
Our number was 50 points for the season, built on 12 games. The pace we set was 4.2 a game, and he is giving you 3.6, below even that modest bar. The middle range ran 33 to 68, and his week 3 of 2026, the 10.3-point game, is the only week that touched the top of anything. He is carrying an O designation going into week 6 of 2026, so watch that, though he has not missed a game yet.
The season totals say the same thing: 5 catches, 70 yards, 1 touchdown, 0 carries. The page carries no ADP for him at all, so no drafter counted on him for anything before the season. For a roster running now, he is not worth holding: let him go and use the tight end spot on someone with targets.
