Our read

Fifth among Washington wideouts behind McLaurin, Diggs, Antonio Williams and Luke McCaffrey, Treylon Burks has no path to volume in week 6 of 2026. In PPR scoring, the published projection gives him 2.5 points for Monday night at San Francisco. His own work has come to 6.4 PPR points a game across 4 games, with 2 touchdowns, and 13 mph wind against a defense allowing 29.4 PPR points a game to receivers, 13th of 32, does him no favors. Find a fill-in for the week.
Written Oct 19, from his facts through last season
The bye in week 7 of 2026 is next, and the weeks around it tell you what he is. Five catches, 86 yards and two scores through the first five weeks, with a dud in week 2 of 2026 and a 4.6 in week 5 wedged around the two good ones. That is the whole profile in miniature: a spike, then nothing.
The path to touches barely exists. He is listed fifth among Washington wideouts, and last season Deebo Samuel Sr. and Terry McLaurin combined for 48% of the targets. The target room is so crowded that players in his spot have historically lost about 0.9 points a game year over year. His own 2025 target share doubled from 6.0% to 12.0%, which sounds like progress until you remember he still finished WR138 among 240 qualifying receivers at 3.6 points a game. He never cleared 15 points in any of those 8 weeks.
Availability has been the deeper problem and still is. We expected 12 games before the season, and he already sat for week 1 of 2026. The two years before: 5 of 17 in 2024, 8 of 17 in 2025. Our preseason number was 68 points, with most outcomes landing 45 to 90, and his pace so far does not argue with the low end. There is no waiver-worthy case here for a manager with a full roster. Hold only if you have an empty spot to gamble with.
