Written Sun 12:01 am Central, for week 6
Andrei Iosivas does not play this week: the Bengals sit on their bye in week 6 of 2026, and Sunday's report has him on injured reserve regardless. His next game is week 7 away at the Ravens, kicking off Sunday 12:00 pm Central. He managed 2.5 PPR points a game over 2 games with 0 touchdowns before missing weeks 3, 4 and 5, and he sits third among Cincinnati receivers behind Ja'Marr Chase and Tee Higgins. Keep him on IR where he is and cover his spot with someone who plays this week.
Written Oct 17, from his facts through last season
Everything about Iosivas right now runs through the IR designation he has carried since before week 3 of 2026. He missed weeks 3, 4 and 5, the bye in week 6 of 2026 is still ahead, and no recent headline points to a return. He plays no game while he sits on that list, so he gives you nothing for a roster spot while the season moves on. That alone settles the call for most leagues.
The two weeks he did play were thin anyway: 3.2 points in week 1 of 2026, 1.7 in week 2, 3 catches for 19 yards on 4 targets, no touchdowns. Before the season we figured him for 86 points over 15 games, and the 2.5 a game he has shown does not live up to that pace. Last year's profile explains why the ceiling is low even when healthy. He ran 76.6% of Cincinnati's snaps in 2025, WR43 among qualifying receivers, but Chase and Higgins combined for 51% of the team's targets and left him 9.5%. Among players in his spot, points a game fell 0.9 on average from one season to the next because of that kind of crowded room. He cleared 15 points once in 15 games last year.
If a deeper league gives you the patience, the snap share is real, and players in his spot have historically added to their scoring from one season to the next. But you have a bye still to come in week 6 of 2026 and no timetable. Let him go and put a player in that spot who will actually take the field in week 7 of 2026.
