Our read
Written Sep 8, from his facts through last season
Our number has him at 8 points, WR190, and the middle range tops out at 16. Even that assumes he's on the field for about 3 games. The case here isn't what he is, it's whether the roster spot is worth anything at all, and right now it isn't.
Last season is the real tell. He played 9 games and didn't beat the position's weekly median in any of them, best week 4.6 points, worst 0. His points per game collapsed from 9.69 in 2024 to 2.21, and at 7.7% target share with a 5.5-yard average depth of target, there's no path back in this offense. The target room costs him 0.9 a game and the books have IND's win total at 7.5, which costs him another 0.8. That's the whole situation.
The usage backed the collapse too. His snap share slid from 36% early in the year to 26% late, and inside a whole season he got 2 red-zone touches and 1 touch inside the ten. He's 29.5, a seventh-year undrafted receiver, and the depth of target ranked near the bottom of the league at 197 of 223. Nothing in the profile points to a bigger role in 2026.
He changed teams, he's 29.5, and he was a healthy scratch 8 times in 2025 even when available. Drafters take him around pick 339, which is deep enough that it costs you almost nothing, but I'd rather spend the pick on a rookie with a real path to snaps. If a receiver on this board is your last pick, take anyone whose team actually needs him to play.
